Terms of Service

The service

WHODIS is a pay-per-lookup reverse phone lookup service operated by BlueMole LLC. You submit a phone number, we return available caller identity information. There are no subscriptions, no recurring fees, and no automatic renewals of any kind.

Acceptable use

By using WHODIS, you agree to use it only for lawful personal purposes — such as identifying an unknown caller before returning a call. You may not use WHODIS to:

• Stalk, harass, or surveil any individual
• Screen job applicants, tenants, or borrowers
• Compile or sell data about individuals
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Automate lookups or access the API without authorization

WHODIS is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and results may not be used as a consumer report.

Billing and credits

• Credits are purchased in advance. No subscription or recurring billing is ever created.
• A credit is deducted only when a lookup returns a solved result — meaning we have sufficient confidence in the caller identity.
• If a lookup returns unsolved, no credit is charged.
• Credits do not expire.
• All prices are shown before checkout is initiated.

Refunds

Because credits are consumed only on successful results, we do not offer refunds on used credits. Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase — contact us at help@whodisapp.com.

Accuracy disclaimer

Lookup results are sourced from third-party data providers and may not be perfectly accurate, current, or complete. WHODIS makes no warranty that results are error-free. Do not rely on WHODIS results for safety-critical decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueMole LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of WHODIS. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or create legal or compliance risk for the service. Unused credits will be refunded in the event of termination by us without cause.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of WHODIS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where BlueMole LLC operates.
